Surf Into Yoga with Rochelle Ballard

 

Rochelle Ballard and Sambazon were kind enough to come back to the Motel No Tell and host another Surf Into Yoga class. I felt so good after the yoga session last week that I decided to get my lazy ass out of bed and give it another go. The class was tough, but the thought of a mouth-watering acai bowl as my reward kept me going. 

Luckily you can't see me in the picture.... Let's just say I wasn't as successful at this pose.
