Surf into Yoga with Rochelle Ballard

Professional surfer / yoga wizard Rochelle Ballard was kind enough to teach her yoga skills bright and early Saturday morning at the Motel No Tell. I was still half asleep and a little spacey when the class began, but I decided to man up and give it a go. It didn’t take me long to realize I was the most awkward and inflexible student in the group, as I was flailing with every new stretch, but I had a great time anyways. Nike 6.0 supplied custom laser etched yoga blocks and Sambazon made up some fresh and tasty acai bowls for all the participants. I have to say, a bit of yoga and some Sambazon is defiantly a wonderful way to start the day.
